Fixing dash clock's

Can anybody help me fix the mileage display on my clock's as this is showing blank. i think it's the lcd that's gone and luckily have a spare... Can anyone help how you go about fitting this

hi,

if i remember rightly its pretty easy to do - just undo all the screws you see on the back of the dash and it will come apart, i think the lcds just sit ontop of some contacts and come straight off, just be careful to tighten it all back up well of the lcds won't give a proper display. hope this helps..
