try shell or BP 89/99 RON petrol and she will fly.

try an ATF flush to decoke your engine, 1/2 a liter of auto transmission fluid in your oil, run for a week or 200 miles ish, but don't rev the nuts of it!

drain an fill with synta!

worked on my valver, oil temps av dropped by about 4degrees!

fully synthetic doesn't work too well with older engines you want semi in there. stick with VW synta silver and you can't go too far wrong.
