to be honest 121k is nothing for these cars. If all it needs is a clutch, gearbox and cambelt - then replace the parts. The clutch and gearbox can be done at the same time saving you labour and i've paid £50 labour to have a cambelt done on my brother's 8v - the cambelt kit was only £20 from GSF...
If you actually want to a conversion and are just looking for excuses - then that's a different matter
