borbet c alloys

can these wheels still be obtained, always wanted a set for my mk2 and now i have another mk2 would like to find some, there is some on ebay but not sure what offset should be for 7x15. any help would be greatly appreciated.

link does not work from my machine but I think i have the answer 7x15 et 30. Would the tyres be 195/50.
