Bumper shoe polish

Read a while back that shoe polish can be used to make bumpers look new again. Is this true? If so how effective is it?

I'm so going to try this.....
Been putting it off as I would feel very strange leaving my AG bumper care (relatively expensive) for something thats dirt cheap (less than a quid!!)
But hey ho, if it works might as well

I have used the kiwi leather stuff suggested in other threads, works a treat.
Lasts a good long time as well, about 3 weeks since I last did it and the trims still look magic

i used the kids scuff-coat on my splitter as thats about all i've got that's not colour coded and it workes great, got rid of the grey marks better than AG bumper care, and black trim wax!
deffo worth a try for the money!!
