synta silver???
« on: 05 April 2007, 20:18 »
whats the crack with recent price hike (£25ish for 5ltr) I've heard about?? I've read that GSF have stopped stocking it but they are offering a FUCHS 10/40 (titan?) instead.

Anyone confirm what gives???

Another oil needed????

My local one (Worthing) is not stocking it any more, and stopped stocking the VAG filters as well.  Now the Mann ones......

Any idea why?!

i bought some of this titan stuff the other day, the guy said it was the same stuff just different packaging, was he lying to me?!"
he mentioned that VW were starting to charge more for the synta stuff so GSF weren't stocking it anynmore and this was the same stuff and it could even be mixed
