  :smiley:At last some good news. Car found abandoned-gold clubs gone -some damage to rear offside panel but nothing structural.

Went to see it at coachworks today and walked straight past it as I did not recognise car virtually as shell with everything removed including rear door
side window number plates seats etc but  am assured in 2 weeks I shall have it back as good as new

So happy!

Phil ...good idea re the ring ..... but I have just come back from a singles holiday in Cyprus and I can assure you with reference to some of the women that also went that the car keys would definely not be safe there either!
