Mk2 engine swap

Are there any details or posts out there that tell you how hard it is to transplant a VR6 into a mk2 golf that originally had a 1.8 gti engine in? What would you need to uprate? What would need replacing and how tight a squeeze is it to get in?

I'm really tempted to go for a project like this.

I think theres almost a full write up somewhere in the project section , VR6ROB i think , it was his first project and looks pretty smart
