Fitting Exhaust to 1.8T
« on: 25 March 2007, 08:56 »
Are there any performance exhausts that can be fitted without having to do any modifications to the rear bumper? Or where I can get a rear valance with the cut-outs?
I'm not too keen in doing any fabrication.
Also, anyone know if these are any good?

Have never heard of those exhausts, so can't really comment, TBH.

I assume you've got a 1.8T??

Milltek are a proven brand who cater for every tailpipe taste.  You can have the discreet system (which looks like the standard exhaust, therefore no extra valance required).  There's the single exit 'Anniversary style' one which will need the anni valance, or there's the V6 4 Motion style which you will need the 4M valance.  Have a look at  www.awesome.co.uk  & ebay etc.

You can also choose from a resonated or non-resonated centre section depending on the noise level you're after.
