Many thanks all - the thing worth noting is that the photos do not do the wheels justice - they look much bigger in the flesh - well chunky - you know yo want to.........

couldn't agree more thats why ive gone and got me a set too
yes i was the lucky punter who plucked these little beauties off ebay at the weekend

I cant never find anything interesting mk5 gti-ish on eBay. Even items which i would not be buy but is interesting to see how much they fetch, such as Black Rockinghams for etc.

Ive been after a VW roof rack for a while now but never seen to find one on there. On another forum they used to have a thread dedicated to Golf parts on eBay. Reckon we should start that on here?

Only problem was, if you were watching something on eBay and then it appeared on the forum you knew you had a little more competition to fight off.
