anyone tried the ecu remapping kit on ebay?

By remapping, I take it you mean "chipping" the ECU. Had a look on ebay and didnt trust their chips.

Demon Tweeks (wesbite www.demontweeks) will chip your Mk3 for about £280 all in. Will probably take mine their.
Virtually everything I know about the workings of the internal combustion engine can be written on the back of a small stamp with a large marker

its just a kit that upgrades the existing one not a new chip, just seeing if anyones tried it?
