Keep the pressure on - ring them up/write daily until someone takes responsibility for this. Also involve What Car consumer problems - they worked for me

got a response. barstewards said as we accepted the car thats it and its road worthy etc etc. they still side steped the fact the dealer ignored whats in their own flipping handbook.

AVOID CITYGATE VW!!!!!

well according to VW and my dealer its best to fit 3 goodyears and one Conti!
