Best to keep talking and writing and hopefully someone will give you the service you deserve. Looks to me you have a simple enough case and if the right person gets to hear the story will be solved without any further delay. Good luck and keeping going!

Keep the pressure on - ring them up/write daily until someone takes responsibility for this. Also involve What Car consumer problems - they worked for me :wink:

got a response.  barstewards said as we accepted the car thats it and its road worthy etc etc.  they still side steped the fact the dealer ignored whats in their own flipping handbook.

well according to VW and my dealer its best to fit 3 goodyears and one Conti!  :laugh:
