Washer Jet problem
«
on:

Washer jets stopped working this morning.. Its not blocked or frozen, i checked...
When i trigger it the wipers dont go either.. Is there a fuse or relay for this?
The wipers work fine normally.
Thanks
Dan

I get this problem in the cold on mine, including no wipers!- chances are its a frozen pipe, pump, or any other part. Run the car, get the engine warm, then let it try and melt whatever causes the blockage. Always works for me

The car was run this morning and they worked fine but died half way to work.
I think the fuse might have blown but i dont know which one it is! (no cover of fuse box)

its fuse number 11 (15A) and there is a wiper relay too.
check these first if you can't hear the washer motor working.
does the washer work when the wipers are in position 1 or 2? if yes, then check the switch contacts at the steering wheel too.
finally put a test lamp in the green/red wire connector that goes into the pump and earth it to a reliable point. if ok, it is either the pump or check for a bad earth at the earthing rose near the o/s headlamp.
good luck
