brake adaptors

Does anyone know of a supplier of adaptor plates to fit 256mm discs to an 87 model 8v. I have seen kits for 280 discs but i like my 14" rims with the small bumper look.
I would like to avoid the 16v hub route as the hubs and calipers have just been refurbed and I am poor!!!
If anyone has a pic with dimensions i can get the machine shop in work to make me a set..

Why would you need adaptor plates? The pcd's are the same.
You just need to swap the discs and calipers over.
Edit: and carriers...

unfortunalty there is no such thing for MK2 8v hubs, the caliper carriers are part of the hub. The only way to get 256 brakes on your car is to change the hubs, sorry!
