another whats it worth thread.

Thinking of selling my mk2 and not sure what sort of price to ask, as they vary so wildly. Obviously want as much as I can but also dont want to take the p*ss.

Its a 89 8v Gti.



86k, MOT & Tax - sept 07. unfortuantly no history.
Mods-
New Rota alloys and tyres.
Supersport Coilovers
Mk3 Gti seats,
central locking fitted.

any ideas chaps?

your right in what you say they are very hard to price, but your`s looks a nice clean car got to be round the £1000 mark, but it`s only worth what someones willing to pay, but good luck

knock about £150-200 off, as you are going to have trouble selling it without any history.

Lovely wheels there, I've no idea but you might be better off selling them seperate, you may not get their full value if there's a car attached.
