Hi all, my boyfriend has just put a ported & polished head on my 1991 MK2 16v. He has fitted newman cams 264 inlet 272 exhaust along with new injectors.
Right the problem we are having is it keeps stalling but only after you have revved it and it is on its come down?
When driving it is fine, no misfire and it pulls like a train but when you come to a junction it dies?
Somtimes it nearly dies but but picks up again and will idle fine at about 1000rpm, then rev it and it will die on the come down?
It was fine before we put the new head on, could it be a broken wire? or has he upset somthing while he was doing the work?
Any Ideas or suggestions would be of help.
