advice wanted on an induction kit for 1.8t please

i really want an induction kit as my next mod but as i just bought new wheels and springs im a bit short at the mo so wanted to know if anyone has bought a cheap and cheerful one that does the job i will upgrade later but just for the meantime can anyone reccomend one please or is anyone selling a cheap one thanks in advance dunkz

get a pipercross one for about 50quid thet do a good job

I wouldnt bother getting one, it will mess up the MAF sensor, expensive piece you would need to replace

Any filter which is NON-oil based will be fine.

all you need is a decent panel filter, waste of time buying an induction kit. unless you want it for looks

They're oil based - So a big no-no!

cheers for your info guys sorry i havent been on for a few days was hopin to get an induction kit for the induction roar aswell as a bit of performance i did have a m8 a few years back who owned 1 of the 2 rolling road/tuning garages which were in plymouth at the time and he builds race engines now hence selling up the rolling road to stick to doin the engines and he always swore by a panel filter and drilling out the airbox totally aside to any costs it was about performance which way shall i go and how do i know which induction kit is oil based? and are the non oil based ones goin to be ok with my maf sensor?
