oil burner engine swap

Sooty is dead!!!
Sooty being my 300.000 mile Mk2 Van. After 12 years of loyal service it is just worn out.
Does anyone know how easy it is to fit a 1.9 motor in the same hole as i would like to keep the van for many years to come. parts needed etc
