Does anyone know the cost of the rear copper Brake Lines?

Off the top of their head.  I need to get some for my car before I put it through the MOT but need to know what I am budgeting for.  They are the ones that connect from the brake hose on the rear beam to the brake hose on the rear caliper.

Or even where I can get them from?  Can't seem to find anywhere that stocks them.

How easy is it to make your own?

most motor factors will have it on a roll and the right fittings, you just need a brake flaring tool to make the ends up.  Its not expensive to buy, worth asking your MOT place how much they would charge to do it for you, saves the hassle of lying under the car...

I phoned the local Motor Factors/Euro/GSF and non of them stock the line but when asked if they did the piping they also told me that they didn't stock it.

Just phoned the stealers and they quoted me £4.96+vat each for the Nearside and Offside rear brake pipes.  Part number 191611994E.  Does that sound right?

sounds good, i got some made for a car i was working on by a local motor spares shop. Just showed him the one i destroyed and he copied it and flared the ends out. that price seems fair to me, i spent £3.50 on the one and it did the job perfect.

Went to the Stealers to pick mine up today and they are straight pieces of pipe that require bending.  Both ends are alreay flared and have nuts bt I nee to buy a pipe bender now to get them sorted.

Just spotted this, so when you bought the pipes they are all to length and ready made I take it? sounding good to me, if i can get the dimensions from my old ones and copy them directly across for the bends I'm laughing oui?

No need to buy a pipe bender, just bend it round a round object. I use my bench vice handle.

Also, to guage the shape just right, get a piece of A4 paper, put it behind the pipe (on the car) and pencil round the bend to get the best idea were you need to bend the pipe. Just do that for every bend one at a time, and all will be good.

Oh yeah, look in the Good Guys section where I posted a mention of Brakespeed Motor Factors. Machine Mart do a pipe flair tool for a fair price too.

You don´t need a pipe bender to bend the pipes. You simply curl them round your thumbs with you fingers to the desired angle. But you do need to be carefull with your radiuses though or you could put a kink in the pipe, thus knackering it. Try to get the bend right first time too as the more attempts at bending it you try, the more the metal work hardens and becomes brittle. I made all the brake pipes for my Cobra like this. If I was in the UK, I would lend you the flaring tool!!
