Hi, Have just purchased a 98 MK3 GTI, and yes, it has the usual problem of the ABS Light coming on sometimes. I have decided to buy a VagCom interface lead off of Ebay, and wondered if anyone can help with the following questions.
1) Whats the better interface, serial or USB
2) On the Ross Tech web site there seems to be 2 different tyes of download, Release 607(current) and Release 409/311, which one would I require for the lead I am purchasing.

If you have bought the lead from ebay it normally comes with the software version 409. get the usb as the comms are much quicker
