my mate has a m reg mk 3 16v, the battery wasnt up to much so he changed it, since the new battery was fitted the car now has no wipers and no blowers and doesnt even turn over, ive checked all the wiring connections earths, all the fuses, anybody else had this problem any advice appreciated thanks in advance.
