Seat Clips...

I have to change the seat clips to hopefully cure the wobbly seat problem.

I have searched and could not fine the answer to this question though, The ones that I got off ebay are different colours, 2 white and two grey.

Since my car has no clips on it already, I am not sure which ones go on which side, does anyone know?

If I remember correctly the grey ones have a bit sticking out in the middle that the white ones do not.

can't help the with question, but a link to the clips you bought and pics of them being fitted would be really useful!

My 89 mk2 had white ones fitted if thats any help.

I got some mk3 seats fitted now and these where slightly different, but they fit over the seat frame tightly and into the runners snugly, so cant see it being a problem.

From what i remember, the clip will only go on to the side it's supposed to be on. If you struggle getting a clip on, try the other colour and it should go straight on. Hope that is of some help!

pretty sure the grey ones with the tab are the door side of the seats. daft really as i replaced mine the other day and i still can't remember!
