GT 170 TDi - bhp upgrade Q. ??

Anyone doing a decent bhp increase for the new diesel GT's yet ?

I spoke to a couple of companys a few months ago, and nobody was doing anything with significant power improvements yet, only about 20bhp improvement. Not really worth getting it done until someone can guarantee at least 200bhp IMO.

Anyone know if such a chip/upgrade is available yet ?

What I have heard is that the 170 has more efficient injectors and isn't just a mild remap of the 140tdi which I currently own. Mine is already tuned to 185bhp with a Milltek exhaust and chip, so I would imagine any kind of stand alone remap would give at least 30bhp increase otherwise the developer wouldn't be able to sell it.

keep seeing lots of these GT'S Lately, and they do look very sporty, especially the front imo

Not quite sporty enough for me, I've put the GTi honey comb mesh's on mine.
