One thing you must do is lower the compression ratio.

One of the easiest ways of doing this is by fitting and extra thick head gasket.

Or perhaps machine out the combustion chambers.

id get an extra thick one (1 peice) , i thinks you wanna different fuel regulator to allow more fuel through you could get a different sort that worked on boost pressure rather than vacume, so on boost she squirts more?? the 5th injector thing was onyl used on the old mechanical fuel injection/k jet?? which turbo technics did theres on?? i did a turbo technics conversion on an old xr3i many years ago, that used the 5th injector method, but i had to reduce compression ratio with a custom made head gasket to run any kind boost worthy of doing it........

ok how about i ditch the 5th injector and go for 4 x larger injectors and up the fuel pressure?

just an up date of my up and coming project.....i've found a manifold that will run a T3/T4 turbo thats a direct fit with no welds so should be good for 300bhp. I've also found a pressure switch that runs on the turbo pressure that will activate the extra injector but there both in america so there going to take a fair few weeks to get here [:^(] i've also found some 50 bhp jets for my nitrous as i dont fancy 100bhp shot and a turbo just yet lol
