im havin a new exhaust done and ive got a couple of choices
i can either get my back box removed and replaced with a pipe and a nice tail pipe or i can have a new back box? whats the pros and cons?

Suzie do you mean the middle box?
Without a back box it would really sound like it didn't have much of an exhaust at all!

i did the 'just pipe' thing on an opel ascona years ago, it lost a lot of power at the bottom end and was farty and loud, not nice :O)

well ive been lookin around for a nice system but at 300+ there a bit much so im goin to replace it bit by bit.
im on the look out for a nice back box if anyone knows of one?

just had a look and its for a 16v. mines only the baby 8
thank u anyway!!
spotted a magnex on fleabay for £150 or been offered a custom s/s for 90 trade price mmmmmmmmmmm dunno!!!!!!!

A Magnex is good but for £150 I hope its a CAT back system. In other words the middle and back boxes.
£90 for a custom s/s aint bad. Assuming thats brand new and just the back box.
