1. no isv
2. no blue sender
3. Yep I'd say the timing, and check the idle switch

Timing is easy on a k-jet, line up all the marks as per my FAQ post, then to set the ignition timing:
1. Switch your main beams on
2. Disconnect & plug the breather on the cam cover (throttle body side)
3. Set the idle to 900-1000rpm
4. Switch off engine, turn off the lights, plug breather back in
5. Disconnect & plug the dizzy vacuum connection
6. Set ignition timing to 6 degrees BTDC at idle

The WUR & 5th injector are controlled by the coolant tremp sender in the flange on the front of the head I believe, try unplugging both to see if that helps with the cold start issue.
