hi, thought i would post up my first attemp at a wheel refurb.
I got these wheels for zero from a friend, they were lying under a workbench for 2 years looking sorry for themselves!

What do yous think?

I'm totaly new to this so please go easy!

sanded everything back to bare metal & used body filler, then sanded & sanded & did i mention more sanding! i was well shocked! proper chuffed! But in the meantime my car leaks like the titanic & ive possibly blown the headgasket! Atleast it'll look good parked up! ha  :grin: The joys of motoring!

hopefuly not! theres mainy a coat of primer, then paint, then lacquer, so im hoping their all good!  Got to be an improvement on the 15" fox wheels im sporting!  :laugh:

yeah i think next time i'll put them in somewhere & pay someone!  its not really worth the hassle!  :laugh: its about 6 hours a wheel!!! as for the bits filled, once the wheels have been rubbed right back your only filling very small scratches, so im hoping they're all good!
