urgency : mk4 steering wheel-->mk3,please help

I bought a GOLF MK4 2002 4 spoke steering wheel(Airbag intact) on ebay,I would like to replace that to the my golf mk3 R reg,anyone who can tell me it's possible?if can,how about the airbag,it shall will get fully work order on mk3?

Hi,
Im almost 99% sure its a no..
The Mk4 wheel may fit the column, but the airbag connections are different, as is the slip ring connections.
The Mk3 slip ring will not fit the mk4 wheel.
Not sure if there is a way of converting slip rings?
would not advise messing around with airbags to be honest.

MK4 wheel wont fit a MK3, but a MK3.5 cabby wheel will fit

richie has a mk 4 one on his, NOT a 3.5 one, he has everything working, including the airbag
