Also goes off if the car is being jacked up.
I found that out as I was putting my winter alloys on, nearly touched cloth!!!

i bought a tracker sticker with an embosed date on it on ebay for £3.50!!, does the job

Thats not a bad idea. Only trouble is there are loads of different ones on ebay and i don't know what genuine ones look like?
