Golf GTI BodyKit/Arches

Wanting to replace some of my faded golf gti wheelarches and noticed that there are some for sale 2nd hand on ebay. Only prob is that I am not too sure if the arches are the same on pre 90spec and post 90spec cars (and also between 3 and 5 doors). Does anyone know if they are the same so I could buy pre 90spec arches to put on my 90spec?

The arches are different pre and post 90 as there is a little bit of side trim is attached, which is obviously either fat or thin. I think that the arches fit 3 and 5 doors, i think its just the side trim that isn't interchangeable. Don't quote me on that though! Hope thats of some help.

why not go the hole hog and replace all your arches for g60 ones.......................tasty!

Am now even more annoyed that I missed out on some 90 spec ones earlier today on Ebay

just buy some autoglym bumper care then use that every few months , brings the plastic back up to new

All the trim is the same between 3 & 5 door models, but the door/quarter rubbing strips differ obviously
