Warning light... what does it mean?
« on: 11 January 2007, 10:33 »
Might be a daft question, but....  :embarassed:

The middle warning light started flashing on the way to work this morning. It looks like water or coolant or something but I haven't got a manual to hand.

Is it low water, coolant, anti-freeze or what?

Thanks

first job, coolant level, if you got asensor on the bottle youll see a plug on there.. iirc these fail also, but check the level first, someone will back me up or shoot em down on that though.. as i dont have a sensor on mine

Red light in the middle of the temp guage which is in the top middle of the dash gagues is the coolent level low warning light. Top up your coolant.

If this makes no difference then join the club of dicky sensors/wiring and ingore the dam thing!
