Hi people!

  Just thought id come say hello, introduce myself.  Ive been on here a little while, well since ive been looking into getting a golf.  Well! finally got her got a black 2003 plate mk4 1.6 16v SE n shes great.. looking a little worse for wear at the mo (salvage bought..) but theres nothing to bad wrong with her and on the road to recovery already! cant wait to get her on the road!  Im yet to pass my test but getting there (when i do take my test it will be my first)!! :rolleyes:

Needs quite a few parts etc- ive got a new boot, a nice 2nd hand v6 4 motion boot with the spoiler that has like a V cut out of it! before i fit it im going to smooth it off and stick some gti lights in the back..should look smart, its the start of my 'smart style' mods..also going to spray all the door trims etc as ive got to respray new bonnet and wing!

All good fun though and a good way to learn i guess!

Will have some before and after pictures up when shes done!!

Just want to say thanks to those that have helped me with questions already!  Its a great forum! :grin:

Sounds good mate, I wouldn't have mind a mk 4 golf waiting for me once i had passed my test!!

Good luck with ya test, the sooner you pass the sooner you can drive your motor  :wink:

I know!! :grin:  Pressure is on though for when i do take my test! If i fail it will be worst day ever!! i dont plan on telling any of my mates on the day i take my test so i can jsut turn up! lol :laugh:( if i pass!!) :huh:

Yeah I made that mistake & failed  :cry:  Second time round kept it quiet and passed  :cool:
