HELP please

Hi Guys

Can anyone help the other day i noticed my MK3 2.0l 8v was making a tapping noise fropm the engine it does not do this all the time only now and then. Also when i start it up from cold it makes a whirry noise for about to seconds. I was on my way to work this morning and the car bleeped twice and then the oil light came on and then went back off again can anyone tell what this means. Any help would be much appreciated. hi, cant help u with the noises from the car, had the same problem regarding the oil light bleeping, it was the oil pressure switch which needed changing cost about £10-£15 from euro car parts i think.
