I have the DSG GTi and my accelerator is black rubber. ;)

Tis a bit naughty - they were metal in both my R32's - I'm sure I've seen non-racing metal DSG gas pedals - I'll look - In the mean time...

i can safely say , i have a 05 gti with dsg and mine are both metal, no rubber in site!

the alloy accelerator pedal was in the boot along with mats, center caps, etc

What i can't work out is if a car has blocks in it for transportation is this not likely to cause more damge than one that doesn't? Can anyone shed some light that would dispute simple physics?
