Hello guys n girls!

Haven't posted in ages as ive been so busy over Christmas etc.

Due to costs etc. i'm gonna have to sell the gorgeous Golf  :cry:

At the mo its in a sorry state. Got a buggered gearbox and a set of bbs ra's on it with bald tyres  :sad:

If i was to sell it as it is will that affect the price dramatically or is it worth me buying some new wheels (G60 steels), and fitting a replacement gearbox? Just wondering whether it was worth the hassle of fixing.

get it fixed lad!!

get some G60 steels, some pop up on ebay with tyres for quite cheap and gearbox wise just replace it, £50 or so for that. Just think how your life would be without "purple beast"!

Would love to keep it mate but can't afford to. Just moved out and got my own place so can't afford bills and the massive insurance, tax and running costs. Its a gold digger this one mate!  :sad: :angry: :cry:

Can't afford the bills and insurance, what you gonna buy to replace it a Micra?

I'd get it fixed, knackered cars are worth bugger all.

Yeah still got the diesel. All i been using for the last few Month's. It will be sadly missed. Will probably seel 'em both and buy something decent but doesnt cost a fortune on insurance and running costs. Oh and it will still be in the VW group  :smiley: SEAT Ibiza Diesel maybe  :shocked:

those curpa diesel things are pretty nice actually, had a bit of a play with one a while back in my 8v and then only realised it was a diesel after it flew passed me with smoke pouring out of it  :grin:.
