Golf Country in Norway.
« on: 04 January 2007, 16:08 »
Went up to Tromso for New years with my misses for some snow
On the bus back to the airport we passed a Country - what a mad looking car? Not really a 4x4 and not really a car. Although up there in the snow it would be cool to wihizz about in - and boy do they whizz! Had a look at the tyres and they are probably a little more chunky than ours but surely not enough to speed on the snow/ice covered roads??!! They're all mental.

I remember I saw one some VW mag years ago and thought that some guy had made it himself, then when i actually got into cars and VW's i was surprised when I realised they actually made them. Bit random arent they

Saw one of these today at the BP garage in Marbella. It was bright green and to be honest thought it looked a bit odd was mint tho also saw an early passat G60 syncro estate which was really worn with an old codger that could barely see over the wheel.
sun, sea, sand + mk2 8v gti = fun
