Dubmeister do pressed (UK font and type setting) for a good price, and I think they'll overtake the German plates in 07'.

I did see them actually and thought they looked pretty smart, but they're twice the price of these german ones i've got so i'll see how i get on with them!

Had also seen these and dubmeister ain't far from me, but it's a cost I don't need and I ain't really a car to show off, but i'm proud of it in my own 'special' way

Although yeah, I must admit the pressed british style plates are quite nice. I've only ever seen one car with german plates in bristol, was quite a nice modded black GTI with clubgti stickers in the window and a very very nice VW motorsort gearknob i'm now craving..

the font ive got on my current plates is illegal and im thinkin of gettin a set of the UK font pressed plates, but im also really feeling some german ones with the stadt stickers  :undecided:

however, id go without the D band, IMO a plain europlate would draw less un-wanted attention from the 5-0 compared to a banded one, and would equally as cool to those in the know.

They are definitly illegal front or back.  You may or may not get away with it, depending on the coppers in your local area!  Best thing is to keep the old plates in the boot then you can say you forgot to swap em after a show.  May get you out of a fine ;)
