the wait is finally over!!!

MUHAHAHAHA.

well, thats it... after 4 months of searching, the wait is finally up, sitting outside my house is a 1997 P reg mystic blue mk3 8v GTI with 85k on the clock!!! 

dont think ive stopped grinning yet... granted its taken about a month to sort out, and meant a 400 mile round trip to collect it, but i finally own the car ive wanted since the age of 16  :embarassed: 

it was all shiny and clean yesterday when i collected it from manchester, but after a 4 hour mission back to aldershot, (its by guildford for those of you who dont know, for those who do... dont laugh!) she is filthy again, but im still in love. 

only down side for you lot now is.... your stuck with me! just thought id share my delight with you
