Cruise Control

I have a 2001 GTI.
I live in Jamaica and my car is a RHD.
I want to get the APR chip with the four different programs but the switching between is controlled by the cruise control.
Is it possible that my GTI did not come with cruise control.

Yes it is totally possible that it didn't come with cruise control. You can retro-fit it though and APR themselves are likely to be able to do this for you.
