Pikey scum - door handle

Some pikey has tried to pull my drivers door handle off today ... now there is a 3mm gap between the handle and base plate. The trigger also now opens really close to the handle, rather than the door (if that makes sense). Is this repairable ?? or do i need to sort a new unit out ??

Slow and painfull death to all pikey scum.

open the door. you'll see a screw that hold the handle in place. probably a broken handle/ loose screw
