been out in the girlfriends car this afternoon all was fine but in 4th gear it would slip slightly at around 2000 rpm ... im not so good with gearboxes and clutches
ANY HELP .. i noticed that there is some adjustment on the clutch lever but will that make a difference as it doesnt seem to slip in any other gear .. i am looking at a new clutch ( kit ) to be fitted or other any help or information would be great ..
the car is a 1.4 golf mk 3 there is no mod cons just a standard CL
how much would i be looking at to have the repairs to be done
