ive got the same problem with my 5 door  Ive just replaced the membranes & unclogged the draining holes.  i was also gonna coat the inside of the door cards with a waterproofing spray just as an added measure. ive got new window seals to go on too, so hopefuly this will cure it, let us know how you get on!
