Insurance!

I am looking for insurance fro my GTi but want theft only and covers me for show use only - no actual highway driving, all trailer work to events and back.

Anyone know of any insurers out there?

some compaines offer "laid up" cover for fire & theft only but im not sure whether this would cover the vehicle while being trailered to shows.....

other alternitive is a limited mileage policy, just limit the mileage right down to the minimum which is usually around 1000miles per year and gives a big discount.

Depending on the age of the vehicle it may even qualify for classic insurance which combened with a very limited mileage should be cheap as chips anyway!

poor car trailored here and there.. use it like it deserves to be!

hope you find a policy, but a low mileage one means you can enjoy the fun part of having a cool car!

Thanks Guys, just had quote from Heggerty at Silverstone and the premium is unbelievable so i am goijg with them.

As for trailering it everywhere - it gets used believe me but only on track days and I will be showing it next year
