removing int trim

hi, fed up of the wood look in the bora ( i aint that old yet!! lol) so i am going to remove the parts and spray them silver. Now i can get the two side bits off and the part above the ash tray but i cant seem to get the part round the climate control off or how to remove the ash tray cover? can someone please enlighten me as to how to do this! cheers, rob 

oh and how do you get the cup holder out?? lol

Cupholder - Got to clicks need to push them out, open the holder, push it back in but dont close the lid, there on either side,
ash tray - case of pushing it back, pulling it up and pulling out

climate - jus pull from under neath, take the VAG space of first, and then try and ease it off, and i dont know about the other panels,
