Air Mass/Flow Meter

Hi, i think this is what i need to fix my stalling problem, but i cant find many for a 1.6, are the universal? or do i have to have one for a 1.6?

im preety clueless when it comes to cars, so any help would be great

If its a new MAF sensor that you are on about, I can't see that it would cure a stalling problem. If it has failed that badly then I think it would throw up a fault code, but they have to get really bad before they do that. Sounds like a sensor somewhere though:-
You need to get VAGCOM connected and do a scan of the engine module. You can also then compare required MAF with actual MAF and see if its working or not.

Hi, i did get it checked from VAG, and on the software threre was a code, but it said a name, the guy said it was air mass somthing, he done it at the same time as removing the airbag light,

its like its stalling, but more cutting out, the revs go eractic up and down, and then it some times goes fine, or cuts out cause the revs go down to low......
