BK RACING BK299 rims
« on: 03 December 2006, 17:28 »
Hi,

Ive been looking at rims, and i really like the BK Racing BK299 rims.

My question is, will 17's look ok on a mk4 golf that hasnt been lowered at all?

I will eventually lower it i just wonderd whether it will look ok?  I have superimposed the rims onto a side view picture of a black mk4 golf and think they look good.

Also do you know if the ride quality will be any differnt?

All opinions Apreciated,

Thanks.

You will want to lower ASAP cos it will look like a bit of a roller skate otherwise!!! I lowered mine 30mm on 18's and just changed the springs but if you have the funds then you would be better doing all the suspension aswell. Just on the springs makes the drive a little lumpy but the handling is good fun!!!

coilovers are normally the shocks and springs. they are a whole kit and come ready made so all you have to do is fit them.
