Not sure if its the same as the anni but I put 18" RS4's on my 2litre GTI and had it lowered 30m on Eibach springs and drives pukka!!!

Hope this helps!

You will mate, mine looked like a 4x4 for a few days before I got it lowered!!!

It'll drive amazing afterwards though.

lowering is great i did mine before i put it to standard, if u dont change the whoel thing then dont bother, coz the drive isnt amazing, u gotto drive it liek a grandad and unless u take the sound deadener off it will rub and that cost u 60 quid a throw to replace once its been pulled off by humps etc, plus u will be constantly gettign pounded in the car over small humps, just hope u dont use ure drinks holder.

unless u dont change ure rollers etc dont bother, u will onlychange it back

If your mk4 hasnt got the sports suspesnsion it will really need to be lowered as the annis are about 30-35mm lower with eibach springs and there not exactly low as it is.

£50 isn't that bad, the problem i've got is that mine sits quite low as it is and the sump gaurd sits really low and causes problems with speed bumps already, so another 30mm would be murder.

i've got a GT TDI 150 on standard 16's i think the sump gaurds in the TDI's sit lower

so , you reckon to get the whole suspension done, rather than just using lowering springs?
