Good deal?
« on: 27 November 2006, 20:02 »
Okay I've decided to take the plunge.  I can get an import for £20k on the road including

18" Alloys
6 CD autochanger
Front centre armrest
Cruise Control
Leather interior
Winter pack

plus any other bits they've not noticed.

Is it a good deal?

At the risk of sounding poncy, a 6 CD autochanger is a bit 1998, try and get an ipod connection.

Yeah mate I agree, but with the place I'm getting it from you don't really get a choice.

I wonder if you can get a dealer fit ipod connection when you have cd changer in the armrest? :undecided:

i belive its possible, but the armrest could be tricky/expensive.  check out the other threads on retro fit ipod connections.

You have a fair deal Cat, I paid 23.5 K for the same spec two years ago from a main stealer.
OK so part ex on an import will be lower, but if you are keeping it for a little while, it's sound

Cheers Hector.  Got a message this avo from the dealer asking if I was still interested and suggesting he might be able to "do something" on the price.

Tell him all the interest is in the edition 30 currently and get another grand knocked off - even if you meet in the middle you can use 500 for pimping

Where are you getting it from? I'm on the look out for a decent spec import around the 20k mark!
