engine light on bora 4 motion

hi all can anyone shed some light on this fault that has occurred my car started to run rough from cold like it was on only one bank of cylinders or was over fueling but would run fine when the engine reached 90 degrees now it is barely running and sounds like a TVR on tick over :sick: also can anyone recommend a vw garage in the leeds area cheers for any answers or suggestions

Re VW garage. Lightcliffe Motors In Halifax Is Excellent (make sure you contact the VW site not the skoda one!)

ended up taking car to IVC in leeds misfire diagnosed one new coil pack later car is fine so now i'm back to mugging muppets in what they think are fast cars
