Need advice & reconmendations

Hello all

Joined yesterday and I need some advice & reconmendations.

The ride on my MK3 is very bumpy and noisy, if I cant avoid speed bumps I drive very very slowly over them!!

Im thinking of buying new suspension but Im unsure if I need springs, dampers or bushes, or anything else for that matter.

Can anyone advise me please on a decent brand, not too expensive and not too cheap, and what kinda quotes should I be expecting, £500, £1000 all in including fitting?

Also need help in finding an alloy wheel refurb outlet around london, but that's another post!

The prefered set up seems to be eibach springs & koni shocks but i've used eibachs with standard shocks for 19 months now with no problems. 30mm lower with very little loss of ride quality.
It's worth having new genuine top mounts fitted at the front while you're at it and if any bushes look fooked, replace them to. oh yeah ,fit new bump stops too.
The price will vary depending on where you buy from. Fitting should be £100 -150 ish.
